SHIPPING & CANCELLATION


Processing & Shipment

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped via tracked service.

Estimated transit time: 7–21 business days.                                         

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet shipped.

Once your order is marked “Shipped,” cancellations are no longer possible. You may instead return the item following our Returns policy below.



Returns & Exchanges

 

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return via Orders@pendoloveamore.com.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping

Except for defective or incorrect items, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and shipping coordination with our suppliers.

Refund Timing

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Defects & Damages

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Email Orders@pendoloveamore.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable

Custom or personalized items

Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Final-sale, discounted clearance items, and gift cards


Charge-backs & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns terms above—this policy governs all payment disputes.

If a charge-back is filed, we will submit tracking and signed-for delivery confirmation as evidence of shipment and acceptance of our policy.

International Returns + Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S. Please contact our support team at Orders@pendoloveamore.com.
